After use, wipe down your board with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft cloth or sponge making sure to remove all flour and dough from the board.
Rinse and dry thoroughly
To prolong the lifespan of your board, oil frequently with a food grade oil. We highly recommend ProNature Indoor Wood Sealant , colour Natural clear (classic).
Remember:
- Never submerge or soak your board in water
- Clean liquids off immediately
- This item is not dishwasher safe
- No steel brush or wool
- No Harsh detergents
- Don’t cut on your board
